She looks like she's hungry to devour all the bitter things of the world.
She can tear my heart apart with just her cool words and colder eyes.
She carries pain — untold, ancient suffering — woven into every breath.
The more I look at her hair, the deeper I am drawn into the mysteries of a dark, endless universe.
Whatever she touches disappears into a jar, a vessel from which nothing returns except the sound of waves —
calm, but heartbreakingly sad.
