Looney Tunes Word Crawl

Welcome to the word crawl with the zaniest characters by your side! We’ve almost reached the end of novel month, here’s an activity to help you get in a few extra words. This word crawl consists of 11 challenges. The goal of this word crawl is to help you with the writing process and making time to write, as well as reaching a word count (depending on your words/minute and chosen options) of about 2 - 5K, if not more!

What is a word crawl?
A word crawl is a set of writing challenges and writing sprints, (usually) based on a certain theme, to help you make more writing progress. The theme of this word crawl is the cartoon Looney Tunes about a few wacky friends that will take you on this word crawl adventure.

Tips and Guidelines
This word crawl is mainly as an encouragement and simple and fun way for you to make some time and continue writing.
*When doing writing sprints, write without stopping!
*Sometimes it’s hard to keep on writing, so try switching between two scenes or perhaps use a writing prompt. Try not to edit yourself as you are writing, just keep on going. The editing part will come later ;]
*Don’t forget to take some necessary breaks (two of which are built in this crawl), eat a snack, do some stretching. Remember to take care of yourself^^

Bugs walks in the living room while eating a carrot, he sees a few of his friends hovering over a computer. They’re talking about writing a story. “Eh, what’s up, doc?”

List ideas - no matter how wacky or evil-for shaping the plot and scenes you’d like to write during this crawl for 5 minutes. Ready? Go!

Daffy sits pensive, nose pressed up against the computer screen as the others chatter about ideas. “Let’s just start writing,” Tweety suggests.
“Outrageous!” Daffy exclaims. “How can I start writing without a dramatic opening?!”

Hand & wrist exercise: With your elbows touching your sides, extend your forearms in front of your body. With your palms facing the floor, pretend you are loosely gripping the handlebars on a bicycle. Move your wrists up and down a few times, then side to side a few times. Finally, rotate your wrists in several circles toward the outside of your body, followed by several circles toward the inside of your body!

Roll a dice for a number, now (1)roll two dice and (2)add those together. (3)Multiply by 50 and see how many words you need to write. After that, brainstorm for 5 minutes.

Do a bit of brainstorming for 7 minutes. (1)Pick a number between 4 and 9 or roll a dice, (2)multiply by 100, and write those words.

“I have it!” Sylvester grins. “Let’s make them a lost cat, one who ditched his friends and took over the villain organisation and erased ice cream from the earth!” Bugs frowns. “That is despicable!” Wild Cayote says. “Let’s do it!”

How 'despicable' would you say you are as a writer when looking at your current novel?
Just push a character of a cliff, put them in front of a train, mix ketchup in their tea and put a toads in their shoes.
