Yeah, I'm thinking 2 numbers = one letter. Because each sequence of numbers is even.

So the first word could be "I'm" for example.

Well, that was squeezed out of you pretty early.

In the other places I've posted this, that's the first thing they notice. So, zing!

But, I said I'd give hints, wouldn't I?

And I'd be impressed if someone decodes it, but I'd be even more impressed if someone figures out what the key is.
