amy asked me.
"are you over everything that's happened this year?"
how can she say that? my best friend. how can she say that?
how can i be over my three month appearance in rehab. how can i be over the only boy who ever loved me (only he really didnt)? how can i be over weighing 102 pounds while still being 5'9"? how can anyone get over after a cocaine habit of 9 months and go back to a friendly work environment that has "crazy sock day" the fourth wednesday of every month?
its not only feeling alone and empty, its having friends and feeling full that takes time.
thats the hardest thing to realize. the hardest thing to get used to. someone else is there beside you.
im not a sap. ive just been a shell for too long.
thank god 2006 is over.
tomorrow is the anniversary of hell. the anniversary of the end of the world. the anniversary of my favorite life ending.
tomorrow just might kill me...
but maybe. just maybe, ill get over everything that happened this year.
thanks, amy. thanks a lot.

I, uh... what is this? Is it a story? Diary? If it's a diary, it probably doesn't belong here; more likely in your blog or on good ol' trusty LJ.

However, if it is meant to be a work of literature, here's a few pointers:
- clean up your punctuation and grammar. You're missing hordes of capiral letters, there's things like
amy asked me.
"are you over everything that's happened this year?"
Where is should be "amy asked me" and then a comma, not a full stop. There are other examples; you need to fix them up.
- Linebreaks? Why the linebreaks? Every sentence doesn't need its own line - it can get by fine in the same paragraph as the previous one.
- What's the point? Reading it, I can't get a massive sense of why it's here or where it's going; it's basically a short, compact rant about how crap life is - no real characters, no plot, no progression. It just sits there. Was there something you were trying to get across? Because if so, I didn't get it.

Basically, I just wasn't sure what the point of this was. It didn't strike me as much of a piece of writing, and maybe I've just misinterpreted and you *have* put a diary entry in the writing part of the site. But if you haven't, I hope what I've said will help you.

Cheers! Hope things are looking up for you; look forward to seeing more of you around.
