Dove tuned out the idle prater of his dance partner. He wanted to like her, he really did, but the 'subtle' hints she had been dropping about his position shut him off. He scanned the room, watching to see if anyone else was breaking away for food.

Prysm was doing just that. They were at the punch bar, trying to look for an entrance to cause some sort of chaos. Then, it noticed someone walking over. Great, their plans were now ruined. Nevertheless, it tried to just act causal.

"Nice party, eh?" Dove poured himself some punch and addressed the green-haired outlier. They, at least, seemed interesting.

Prysm shrugged. “Yeah, I guess. It’s definitely fancy, I’m gonna say that.” They chuckled. “God, I feel kinda out of place with all these people who look straight out of the 1800’s.”

Dove nodded. "I mean, it's to set the scene I guess, but this thing is killing me!" He pulled at his collar, which was tight enough to choke him. "I'm Dove, by the way."

Prysm laughed at Dove’s struggle. “Oh, believe me, I COMPLETELY understand. And I’m Prysm.” It didn’t worry about their identity being revealed, because it usually went by their villain name, Viktorai.

"That's a nice name. So, what do you usually like to do? Seeing as this," he gestured around the room, "makes you feel out of place?"

Prysm paused for a moment. “Eh, usually just either stay at home or go around town. I’m in the city a lot, it’s a nice place. What about you?” Technically, they weren’t wrong.

"A lot of the same, I take kickboxing five days a week so after that I like to explore."
