Goals:
Not sure what the vibe is going to be this year but I want it to be more Authentic™ to myself and more experimental. I have some ideas from a recent literature convention I attended, so I may draw from those. I'd like to maybe try my hand at narrative poetry and different voices, perhaps some structured stuff. I'm also taking a poetry class right now so hopefully some things will come out of that. My goal, first and foremost, is to not stress myself out about this. In the past I've pressured myself to reach 30, which was just too much for me, and often left me with half-developed, rushed poetry. So this time, I'm going to join up with @BlueAfrica with a 4 poem goal, one per week, and if I write more, great! Comments are welcome, and I love you all. <3
