The God looked over the town below with every roof lit in the glory of the newborn star. As they looked back upon their own legion, the light surrounded every angel and spirit. Except for Gabriel. Gabriel had just caught his cloak on fire again.

The night had no intentions of being silent.

The God looked to his left to see the angels in flames and to his right to see the angel naturally in flames, choosing to look forward once again to the town below. The target walked from door to door, asking for entry and safe rest, being denied each time.

Like would be done later.

The God took a neon sign from behind his cloak and stepped down to the village to guide the lost souls.
