Since no one else is really on right now, and I'm bored, I'm taking the liberty of making this party for the member who won :-D its BrEe.

So what! We can still drink whisky.

You never need an excuse to drink.

What a minute -- most people on this site can't legally drink! We're setting a bad example!

This is why I will never go on to MSN Messenger again whilst drunk.

Yeah, why NOT have the whisky, there it is!

I believe that chatting online while under the influence is against the guidelines set up by the FCC.

That would be an interesting guideline. I've actually seen a lot of people chatting while under the influence.

Ah, but you see, the FCC are American, so it doesn't matter to me.

The 21 law is stupid. So, I'm good enough to die for my country, but not good enough to drink to it?

Bullcrap.

Technically, gal, you aren't eligible to die for your country. You can't be drafted. You have boobs.

And there was an 18 law at one point. It was repealed when they found that the number of drunk driving fatalities increased dramatically.
