Hey, so I am not super clear on what a forum is or what it is for, so if I could get that cleared up for me that would be great. And also is there anyway to create one or start one? Thanks.
Forums are what you post in, while threads are what you make (Forums can only be made by people with admin powers). You've made a thread, already, so there's step one!
The forums are used for a whole bunch of purposes, as outlined by the forum descriptions. For example, Ask an Expert is for getting research help for writing questions.
