White Fire

The clouds gracefully floating through the sky
Like little islands for the angels to fly among
Creating spots of shadow below
Causing the sunshine to glow
It makes me want to pick one up
On the tip of my finger
And let the crystalline angels
Melt in my mouth like cotton candy
But when the wind blows
The clouds churn and break into white fire
The pure white turns dull grey
As the angels sadden
And their play ends
Wtih big wet tears
Falling down to Earth

Naturey poems are good... I heart them a lot. Very nice; I definitely like the rhythm and the words employed in forming this poem. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! I really enjoyed writing this one. Clouds are like lava lamps; you can watch them for hours and never get bored. :D

I like this poem very much. Well done, yoha_ahoy. There are a few diction and syntactic suggestions I might have, but I can't think of what they might be at the moment, so I'll come back later. :D
