Well I just wanted to announce proudly that I have completed my first draft of a retelling of the magnificent Norse creation narrative. It is a wondrous story I think but not one thats been treated to much beauty. Every translation I've read of the original has been so blandly written it reads nearly like a bullet point "This happened. Then this. Then this. Then he did that." so on and so forth. I will probably brush over it a couple more times before posting it to YWS. Very much excited to have finished something that I love so much.
