Heyo Damien, welcome to YWS. When you want to publish something, you go to the Publishing Center which should be situated at the top of your page were your messages and notifications are.

You can submit works via the PC and publish, after it has been publish your work will be directed to the greenroom.php where it will remain until your work has received three reviews.

As for co-authoring, the process is simple. Shall you find a partner to write with, you publish under one of your names and tag the other author.

If you've got any other questions, feel free to ask.

Heya, to add to what Flite said, you need enough points to publish your work. Currently, one work equals 350 points, which you can earn if you write about two to three reviews. Here's a quick breakdown of sorts for you:

1.) If you review a work that's not in the Green Room and hit about a thousand characters writing the review, you get 100 points; so if you write something and it's about 700 characters, you only get 70. 100 is the max for this.

2.) If you review a work that's been in the Green Room for one to two days, you can get a maximum of 150 points.

3.) If you review a work that's been in the Green Room for three days or more, you can get a maximum of 175 points.
Not anymore.
