Storybook with activity or storybook doesn't matter whether anything comes of it?

@zlyf, I'd like for you to put effort into it, so I'm not just wasting a bunch of points. Make it a fun storybook that people will join and you will actively manage and make sure it doesn't die or flop or what-have-you.
