One thing I learnt early in my teens is that rockabilly itself is not a "style" or something you just pick up. Rockabilly is a life-style and I've yet to meet another greaser like I, who in turn shares that same feeling where they were born in the wrong era. I wouldn't call myself a "professional" rockabilly guy, but I'll answer further questions and give advice on the matter.
