How do I include 'quotes' in my reviews?

I am still fairly new here, and I am a bit embarrassed to ask a question that is probably quite obvious!

I have seen other users, when writing reviews, who can include quotes from the person's work who they are reviewing.
What I mean by this is that they haven't just copied and pasted the part they are reviewing about, but there is a box with the quote inside?

I hope this makes sense, it does in my head anyway- help would be much appreciated!

The easiest way is simply to write out:

That'll make it look like

the text here

Well, what do you know! It came up with just the title!
