ii_In this story, God-modding is allowed.
By God-Modding, I don't mean making your character a Mary Sue/Gary Stu. I mean, you get to control other characters when you're writing your narrative. Stay true to their characters, but you can control their actions. Also, you are allowed to get out of sticky-situations - because you have Superpowers.
Things You Need to Know

The Story starts off with a diary entry from my character, noting how she has been accepted into the League of Superheroes of her universe. She's utterly excited. She accounts a bunch of things that happened: a fight, a hint of romance and a lot of excitement. You guys take it from there, adding your perspective on how things went and how things go.
It doesn't necessarily have to be in diary form. It can be a narrative of your character sitting with another over coffee recounting some incident that took place. It can be a phone call, an e-mail, a blog, or just an average narrative from your character's point of view. Anything, really.
The fun part comes in is when you, from your point of view, God-mod and accuse a character of doing something (be it innocuous or dangerous). The other character has to justify the actions. It has to make sense. Take into account, that when you do God-mod it has to be believable. If someone's trying to hit you, don't find a way to Matrix out of it. Don't use 'convenient' explanations either. Unless it's part of your Superpower, try not to be too 'perfect'.
When someone God-Mods you, it is your and their duty to offer up an explanation. For example, A tries to use his laser-vision on B - who has gone rogue - but B flies away at the nick of time and then manages to fly up to him an sneak a punch in. It's A 's duty to tell us how he got so distracted or so unfocused that he missed a flying superhero come up and punch him out.
