Review Race!
What is this?
In short, it's awesome, But to clarify why it is awesome, a review race is where we race to a specified number of reviews. The first one to reach that specified number of reviews wins. The race starts at 12:00 CST. 1/12/2013.
How do I participate?
Before you participate, I ask that you post at least one new work in the Literary area. This way we don't run out of stuff to review. Once you've posted your new work, post a reply to this thread with a link to your work. It'd be best if you waited to post it just about an hour before 12:00 CST. You can go ahead and post 'I'm in!' or something like that down below if you want.
Wait a second, how do we tell if a review is long enough?
Your review should be around 200 words at least. If it's 199 words, then I'll go ahead and count it. As long as it's close. We've all read works that are hard to review. The idea here is just to get some awesome reviews going!
What do I win?
For one thing, tons of points for all the reviews you did. For another, satisfaction.
What?
Satisfaction isn't enough? Okay, fine. I'll give the winner of the review race five reviews on any works of their choice.
How many reviews does it take to win?
The first person to ten reviews of at least 200 words wins five reviews for any work of their choice!
I don't live in the CST time zone... what time is that where I live?
