how do i post a poem?

i want to post a poem, but when i go to literary and click on poems, click on romance, i can' t find the post a new topic button. am i even doing this right? HELP!!!

Click "Submit" in the black bar at the top of any page and follow the steps. That'll get your poem posted. :)
