There's Review Fuse which is alright. The community is small and not very tight knit - it's less about meeting people and more about getting and giving reviews. But what is nice is that you can expect to gain reviews on a parallel with how quickly you give them, but I'm using the word reviews lightly as quite often they're 'comments'. But if you're looking for quick feedback, use it as a supplement to YWS?
Any opinion I could give you on others would be out dated as I don't stray far from YWS.
Sad and good in a way... but it seems pretty unanimous that there isn't(Good because well, we're on it!, sad because there's no options? I guess?). Are you looking for comments and readers or reviews? Unless the sight forces reviewing, I will be skeptical that it can be good in terms of helpfulness. I've never used any other site, nor looked, but thiere was this thread not to long ago:
Maybe there is, but it seems none of us have found it. I think that the community featurs and what not that YWS offers are what make it so much "better," but a writing site is a writing site; ultimately people go there just to have people read their "omgImthebestwriterever" stuff (That's practically why I came here xD), when they really suck (I can't accurately judge myself here~ ;D), only to be humbled (We have some truly talented people here!) and get better(in the case of YWS).
This post was probably nothing helpful to you... but I just wanna say: There's no place like YWS [That we know of]! :3
(Ooh, what's that quote in your signature from? Tis interestante!)

The Wattpad app is pretty awesome-- I love that I can save stories and read them offline on my iPod. Otherwise, I use Fiction Press and sometimes Figment for general reading purposes; I haven't found somewhere that has a family feel but I haven't looked very hard either.
