God needs his fallen, the world is falling apart...
You are part of the fallen, angels that have been forced out of heaven into the real world. Over the years you've been here, you've adapted to your surroundings. But now, odd things are happening. All across the U.S., there are food shortages, wide spread and extended power outages, wind storms, hurricanes and forest fires. And now, you have a chance to redeem yourself in heaven. God wants to know what's going on. So he contracts you, the fallen and gives you each a special power, ones that you can use to figure out who is doing this to his creation. All the powers you've been supplied with are pretty simple, basically doing the same thing with different elements. There is limits however. Everyone reacts in different ways to their powers.
The Powers-

Water--
Whomever has this ability can create water, as long as there's a source nearby, and weild it into anything they want. Anything that exists on earth, that is.
Fire--
Whomever has this ability can create fire, as long as there's something dry nearby. As with water, they can weild it into anything, as long as it exists on earth.
Air--
Whomever posses the ability to control air, probably has the most complicated job. Yes, you can control the air, calm a windstorm, or create one, push someone against a wall and hold them there, but you can't create physical things. Air may just seem like a side kick, but truly may be the most important. You don't need to have anything near to use your powers. You just are.
Earth--
Earth is the most restricted of the group of powers. Like Air, they can't create physical things, they can just manipulate the things under the power. Stop earth quakes and create them, for example. They can cause the ground to crumble beneath someone's feet, or earth to grow under anothers. Earth just has to have both feet on the ground to use their powers. If they were hanging from a stick from a cliff, they're powers wouldn't work, cause their feet would be dangling in mid air.

Now let's talk about the other side of what could be a war. The bad side. The things on the other side are demons, commanded by Lucifer himself, or so we would like to believe. While the fallen are trying to find them, they're creating more mayhem.

Tricksters--
Tricky little devils. Pretty harmless, but they make trouble around towns, houses, business', you name it. They create floods, clog toliets, spoil cheese, anything and everything that goes missing is because of them... (If you've ever read the poem Mr. Nobody, that's what the trickster is. If you haven't, and are planning on being a trickster, I suggest you look it up.)
Petits diables (translates too-little devils)-- These little guys are not as harmless as the tricksters, they tend to be a little more devious and hurtful. When you fall down the steps and break your hip? They pushed you. When you trip over nothing and sprain your wrist, they stuck out their foot. When you get a horrible case of the flu right before something really important, they left your windows open.
Péril ballot (translates to dangerlings)-- This is when you need to start worrying. These are the things that burn your house down, cause fatal carcrashes, make schools collapse with children inside, flood your hospitals... These are the ones you need to watch out for too, because they're also just as powerful as you can be, and know how to fight dirty too.

I'm a big fan of everyone being involved and together and working on plots together. One of the reasons I want such a small cast. So we're going to have a DT, along with a titanpad where we can discuss ideas. It's hopefully not going to be time consuming, but hopefully it will be connected and well thought out.
