Well, if you want to, you could start a new thread in the lounge for Fanfiction writers, but I think you'd have to ask Nate, the big guy, (Administrator) if you want an actual forum. But then, he'd have to shut down the site to renovate and everything or he might just not think it necessary, so the best thing to do is just start your own thread in The Lounge. ^u^

It seems like you can add the "Fanfiction" tag to any work you submit, if that's what you meant. There's also fanfiction-based storybooks (I think, I'm not big on those so I can't say for sure). If you meant somewhere to chat with other fanfic writers, I guess a thread here would be appropriate. Hope that helps!
