You can't load 0.45 shells into a 9mm gun. Nor can you load a 0.30 cal bullet into a 7.62 mm gun, although they are the same size.
"Frag" is NEVER used to describe bullets. "Frag," stands for fragmentation. There are no bullets that use this form of detonation. The only thing that comes close is Depleted Uranium armor piercing rounds.
