None and E

Someone asked earlier what the difference was between None and E when it came to rating a work. I don't know either so I wanted to find out. :P

No rating what so ever can be anything from E to 16+. If you see something that you think should be rated 18+, PM a moderator because the only mandatory rating is 18+.
