Is your villain a neat and organized person or a messy, random one?

...Well....
As far as how organized her room looks, very disorderly. But she knows where everything- and I mean everything- is. She has a very difficult time actually losing something.
As far as behavior, she is actually very organized and logical, not impulsive, reckless, or impatient. However, she thinks very differently than most people, which often leads her to difficult conclusions. She also uses her 'second sight' a lot to do make a decision. Thus, most people think her messy and random when she is really quite organized and thinks things through. -
Lord Tarr is a very organized man both in his room and in his mannerisms. He's the Lord of a Sect, so he has to be.
