For me it's Cast.

I was usually on the cast, which was always really fun (and I'm kind of lazy, so tech was never as much fun). That said, the most fun I ever had was on the crew for Leaving Iowa. It was my eighteenth birthday midway through Tech Week, plus we spent most of the week making a giant road map of Iowa for the stage, and it's a hilarious play.
