Meeting #2 - Opposites

The purpose of this one is so that you can come in and play the role of someone completely opposite of yourself to help improve your character development skills. The situation is that you are just sitting around having a conversation or something. If things shange and there ends up being action, try to react in a way that you never would. Ask me if this makes no sense at all.

"Hey" says the girl as she dances up to you, moving in time to the music that must be playing form her headphones. "I'm Scarlett. You looked super lonely. I'm here to fix that. Who are you, anyways?"

A girl was slumped over one of her brother's books looked at Scarlett in annoyance but placed a book mark and closed the book. "I'm Maria, nice to meet you!" She grinned happily. "So Scarlett, What'cha listenin' to?"

Depp looked up, raising an eyebrow at the two girls. HE wanted to go say hi, but he'd gotten into enough trouble talking to gurls anyway.

Maria turned her eyes to Depp and studied him closely. "Nice to meet you. I swear I don't stab or bite, or even hurt." Mentally she crossed her fingers, "So what's your name? I'm Maria." She reached out a hand gently. Her brown eyes however shone brightly with intelligence.

Depp winced inwardly. Too late.......He extended his hand and shook the girl's, smiling slightly.
"Hi, I'm Depp. Nice to meet you, Maria." Scratching at his stubble, he laughed awkwardly. "I'm not too good at social interaction....." -
Scarlett accidentally disconnects her headphones, blasting the room the with dub-step. "Sorry!" she yells over the bass as she quickly turns the volume down. She looks up blankly. "Where were we again?"

Depp stared at Scarlett. "What was that sound?"

"Music, of course!"

Depp blinked. "What's music?"

Scarlett scoffed disbelievingly. "You can't expect me to believe you haven't heard of music. What kind of depraved childhood did you have?"

Depp drew himself. "I live in the sector of the seven planets. Recreational audio hasn't been allowed for over two hundred years." Though he hoped that would change if Nearwith Bred gained power.

Scarlett stood up wordlessly, walked away, came back a few minutes later with a stack of roughly ten cds. She dumped them in front of Depp and sat back down, staring expectantly

Depp picked one up cautiously. "What is this? Is it a HoloDisc?" He tapped at it. "Where are the buttons?"

Scarlett took a small cd player out of her pocket, put the cd in, and pressed play
