Your favourite character in Celtic Mythology?

  1. The title pretty much explains it.

My favourite character in Celtic mythology is either:

    Morgaine, Arthur's half-sister

    OR

Elaine of Astolat (aka The Lady of Shalott) who married Sir Lancelet and created a struggle between herself and Queen Gwenhwyfar, who was madly in love with Sir Lancelet,
  2. Definiately Morgan le Fey. She's a sorceress who was trained by Merlin himself, but turned against him and- unless I'm remembering wrong, tell me so- gave birth to Mordred- who happens to be the illegitimate son of Arthur.
  3. Sulkies, better known as selkies, but selkies are Greek, Sulkies are Celtic.

As the notifications drift in I stop and wonder. Why do they take so long? Do they have adventures we don't know about? I bet they do. When they come I will ask myself. What amazing adventure has this straggling notification been on? How far did it travel, and why didn't it take me?
