Here you can make any new ideas or suggestions about the site and discuss them. Don't make little comments bit by bit, make it a serious discussion that builds off of one another's ideas. For example, KittyCatMeow had an idea of making a banner for our club. So here she can ask for ideas on what it should be and present her own. Since all votes do is take up space people would PM if ever there was a need to vote.

Well, I think that banner would look nice up at the top of the page. We should put it up there.
