This is a conference room. Before going on, whenever someone who like to host a meeting in the conference room, permission by an admin is required.
The conference room is where you can hold a meeting publicly. Whenever you are in a meeting, you must write the meeting name at the top (ex. Meeting: WC FEW NEW MEMBERS :O) You can only attend a meeting when "open" is selected. Otherwise, you must be invited.
Normally, this may be used to focus on many different arguments, or discuss an important factor of WC that we should all be involved in. It does depend on many different situations though.
Please follow the rules stated above. Usually, no one uses these threads thanks to the rules, but please...
