Okay, I'm in a messed up place that has sixth grade with elementary!

My advice to all you kids is to always take things with a grain of salt. Because that way, once you have taken enough things, you will have amassed a large amount of salt you can use to trade with other survivors in the event of an apocalypse of large proportions.

    I Don't know about that...but I like it

  • Deanie replied · Jun 5, 2013

I'd like to think it is XD

    GoofySmurf replied · Jun 5, 2013

You know what! We can restart it!

    Um, that'd be a yes. :)

I don't really need advice, I just have a question. So, the one act play is coming up in my school, and I have a monologue I kind of like. But am I allowed to change something in it? It would just be one of the names, from "Hopper" to something more normal.

So am I allowed to change it?

    Thanks :)

    Amfliflier replied · Dec 6, 2011

Please guys? I need to know if I'm sticking with this monologue or if I need to choose another.

    xoCairo replied · Dec 12, 2011

You can change things around in a monologue depending on what you're doing. If it's from a well known play, or something by someone like, say, Shakespeare, your best bet is to not do it. However, if you'd found a good, modern monologue, you could possibly change a word or two, but you need to take care in making sure it sounds right.

    Girls, I need your help.
So, I still have a crush on my ex, and we barely talk. I know, it seems horrible. So, I usually confess my feelings to my best friend, and this morning, I foud out that they're dating now. I honestly don't know what to do. I asked he why she's dating him, but he said that she can't make everyone happy, and she wants happiness too. Now, whenever I see them together, I feel a pang of hurt and jealousy.

By the way, this is my first post here. Yay! :)

    Fortissimo replied · Nov 10, 2011

Talk to your friend. That seems like the simplest way to solve the problem (besides breaking them up(: ) LOL. Don't do that(: Tell your friend how you feel about her dating your ex. A couple questions...How long ago was your break up with this guy? When did you start liking him again after the break up?Did your friend consult you before she started dating him?If you just broke up with this guy, your friends being kind of a jerk. But if you guys broke up a while ago, you just started liking this guy again. . . . I don't know(:

This might seem something silly, but did any of you hear about the plot to kill the Saudi Ambassador on the news? The guy was apparently charged with wanting to use Weapons of Mass Destruction and now every night I keep thinking that terrorists want to nuke London. How and try to stop these thoughts? It really frightens me (naturally, I wouldn't want to be evaporated) and I just get so freaked out. The probability of it happening on any day is small but that doesn't seem to help. Any tips?

    Fortissimo replied · Oct 20, 2011

Think positive thoughts! Keep telling the chances of that happening are 1 in a million!

    Amfliflier replied · Oct 20, 2011

Just keep telling yourself it's not going to happen, because I promise it won't. Besides, they're monitoring him now, so he can't do anything without their consent.

    Blues replied · Oct 20, 2011

Thanks guys, I'll try :)It's not about him I'm worried about, I'm worried about if... say... AlQaeda received all the info before he was captured. But I've not been thinking about it for a while so yay ^_^

Honesty I'm not a fan of Facebook politics. My rule is; if hes got a girl friend then keep away. Cheaters are never good, I would suggest that she stick around but don't make any moves.

  • AngieCandy
If you guys could check out my discussion post that would be appreciated.. I'm fretting about this it might be silly but... -.-

I need help! I worry far too much about things that don't even have a single thing to do with me, and will never (probably) affect me! Keeping bus is not a solution.... Any ideas?

    Funkymomo replied · Sep 24, 2011

Tell a friend about your problem and they'll tell you when you're worrying to much.

    HEEEEElP!

IN U.S. History class, we were assigned to do this project. In this project, you must have a collage in the front and a short essay or a poem on the back. The project is "What America Means To Me" Some people (from earlier years; he was showing examples) did themes such as "Freedom Rings" something like that or just what America Means to you! The collage has to have images representing that theme you have chosen. So I want to do something to do with unity/diversity. How people come to this country for a better life and how we really are "The Great American Melting Pot" and how no matter where we come from or how we look we are all Americans and we are very diverse and all of that. I need some help writing the poem and most importantly, come up with the basis of my theme. I know what I want but I just can't seem to put this into words. I have a LOT of problem with that. So please, PLEASE help!

    Frantically and worriedly,
    Ang

I'm sorry I write poetry i'm just horrible on the spot... hmm do you have any friends or anyone that writes poetry that you know that could maybe helop you?

    Funkymomo replied · Sep 11, 2011

I suggest titling it " America-like peas and carrots" maybe. your basis cna be comparing america to a perfect meal, balanced, mixed together, and not plain then go on to explian equality and such. maybe. if you like my idea.
