Character Traits

3 posts in this topic.

  1. I'm working on this idea, where I have two parallel stories about two completely opposite people, and how they find love...the first one's a girl...headstrong, got everything figured out, likes to be alone sometimes, though is coordial with people around, a great friend, smart and intelligent, outright...essentially a very strong character...and a guy who's essentially confused about...well...everything.

I can't figure out what kind of a character the guy should be... it should be someone who cannot work out opposite the aforementioned girl...this guy is sharp, but not sharper than the girl...he is kind of shy and reserved... he's a great friend... he's got it in him to make it big... but doesn't take the right desicions... he's extemely emotional...

That's how much I have figured out... but I think I need a little more for the guy's character, to add more dimention... please help me out on this...suggest some character traits for the guy...thanks.
  2. Is he loyal or not? Honest? Shy? Awkward? Does he try to stand out or blend in? Does he care what other people think, or is he more interested in being himself? What is his opinion of love? Is he a pessimist or optimist? That's as many as I can think of now.
  3. That's perfect!!!! Thanks a lot...
