It's the voice behind the poem. I think one of the most powerful parts of reading poetry comes from the expression every writer puts into their poem. So I'm opening up a chance for YWS poets to voice their own poetry via YouTube as it really is the simplest medium to do something like this.
Pretty much, the whole idea is to record yourself (or just your voice and an image) reading your poem.
Why? Because poetry takes on a different light when heard and not just read.
Anyways, I'm opening up this youtube channel for anyone to use to read their poem if they so choose.
