Okay, my friend wants me to write a libretto for her, and since I had no idea what a libretto was, I had to google it...I think I know how to do it now, but I'd still appreciate it if anyone who knows about libretti could give me some tips! I'd love you forever

Isn't a Libretto an Opera script? Wow, that would be really hard to write. How far have you got so far? Have you started yet? As for tips, I suppose you'd write it like a normal script but make sure that the words could be sung and add in quite a lot of songs.

I really don't know. But I would like to find out. It sounds complicated and interesting.

Writing a libretto doesn't mean you have to write the music, but it does mean you have to come up with words that rhyme, at that would work well sung, and with situations that can look good, you know, with singers dancing around, and work theatrically.
