Thanks everyone for the sign-ups! I need a moment to get pairings organized so will have those out April 2nd in the evening. Thanks for your patience, and YAY for NaPo!! <333

Alright friends! As promised the buddy pairings are out! You'll notice most people are in sets of three and a few in sets of two. The people that you are listed by are the people that you are supposed to encourage this April! Because poetry is always more fun with friends!
I'll be giving you weekly encouragement prompts / ideas, but they're not required - it's really up to you to decide how to best support each other.
So this week I would encourage you to introduce yourself to your buddy(ies) perhaps on each other's walls? if you don't know each other yet - and tell each other your NaPo goals for April! This will help you help them, because if someone's going for 5 poems it's probably not helpful for me to ask why they don't have 30 yet. xD Try to comment in their thread sometime in this first week too! Good luck encouraging each other!
disclaimer: if you have to drop out of napo for some reason, as a courtesy you should try to continue encouraging your buddy throughout the month as you did sign up for this. and if for some reason both of your buddies drop out of napo, send me a PM and I'll throw some extra comments in your thread since I'd really hate for someone to be left without a buddy if they signed up for one. <3
Spoiler! :
AH thank you for opening this spoiler! Here's a free poetry prompt:
You know the saying "opposites attract" ? Well they also make great comparisons in poetry! Try to write a poem based on making something that seems like opposites (ie. small and giant, fire and ice, summer and winter) and try to make those into some sort of metaphor together. Good luck!
Or alternatively, just write a poem about opposites!
