Written by April Halprin Wayland

This is a short novel in poems. The poems are simple, sweet and to the point. However, the emotion and imagery behind these poems is magnificent. It tells the story of an entire school year of the girl. It shows the highs and lows of teenage life. I devoured this book in about 40 minutes and I loved every second of it. This book also really inspired me to read/write more poetry. I was never a poetry person and I usually don't like reading novels with poetry, but I decided to give this one a try. I definitely do not regret it, and I don't think you will either.
All in all, this was a really great read and I'd recommend it to anyone.

You know what the big problem is in telling fantasy and reality apart? They're both ridiculous.
