Even though you used a source for this, the art itself is quite impressive. I'd go out on a limb and say that most artists use sources most of the time, and then use their raw talent to make it their own picture. 100% freehand is rare. Nicely done! The level of detail is quite nice, especially done in pen, when you can't go back once you've started something. Each line is permanent, and all you can do is work with what you've done.
Quite a challenge, really. ^_^ One you've met with admirable success.
