First, see if you can get a better pic of your drawing. But from what I can see it's really good. But maybe you should see if you could put a bit more detail in.

Looks like a fantastic picture, but a better quality image would certainly help with the presentation. Artistically, though, it's great. I love the pose, and the muscular structure of the dragon is very unique. It has an authentic feel to it.
From what I can make out, it's really good! I suggest better quality, though. It's kind of hard to see everything...also, maybe a little more detail would be good.

First off, although this has already been said many times before, I'll say it again: post a better quality image! Also, resize it a bit so that the picture fits the screen.
From what I can see, it is a very nice picture! It lacks details (scales, shadows, extra lines) things like that. Little things like that are what make your pictures come to life!
But, so far so good! I like this picture very much.
