Rory knew that the smile on Derrick's face was false.

"Who is this, Rory." Derrick asked.

"This is Julene, Julene this is my foster dad." Rory smiled. She shook his hand and smiled.

"It's nice to meet you."

"You too. I'm going to the store, behave." Derrick walked past and Rory closed the door leading her around.

"I didn't know you were a foster kid." She said looking at him.

"Long story." he smiled. "I'll tell you abotu it later."

"Okay," I said. I walked and observed everything. "Where's your room?" I asked. He looked at me funny.

"Ooh, kinky?" he asked laughing a little.

"Ha! You wish," I said. He took my hand and we came to a long-ass hallway and walked all the way down it until we came to a mahogony door. I grabbed the silver knob and opened the door letting go of his hand and walking in. "Oh, wow. Your room in sparkly clean," I said looking around at everything. It was pretty nice. I walked over to his made-up bed and layed on it. I just layed there and it wasn't long until he layed beside me.

Rory stared up at the ceiling thinking. If she knew what he was, would she hate him? Would he be sent back to heaven? She snuggled closer to him and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders and resting his head on the top of her's.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked sitting up on his elbow and stroking her hair. She glanced over at him and shrugged.

"Not much, just thinking through what my parents did." She replied.

"They thought they were doing what was best for you." He said stroking her hair. "You can't blame them, ya it hurts knowing they'd keep this from you, but they don't have future site."

"Ya, I guess," I said. I looked over at him and smiled. He blinked...and his face changed. I shot up and looked at him again and he was normal.

"What's wrong?" he asked. I shook my head.

"Nothing, I just...I got horny," I blurted out. I wasn't ready to tell him my secret...and he wasn't ready to tell me his...so I had to keep my cover. And what I saw had to be some hallucination. He looked at me and his eyebrows rised.


***XD! Deadlove is trying to get in touch with her.***

***Ok***

Rory rolled his eyes. "Come on, your a horrible liar." He walked out of the rooma nd to the back yard where Angel was. When he got out there he saw her eyes furrow again. "What?"

"Nothing."

"Liar." He raised an eyebrow and watched her.

I stared at him and tilted my head.

"Have you ever met a shapeshifter named Deadlove? You said you had bumped into your share of those things...have you even ever heard of him?" I asked. He stared back at me hard.

"Yah. He was very powerful, and was killed by a Vampire. I think it was a butterknife that he was stabbed by. Why?" he asked tilting his head in the direction mine was.

"I think that him and my mother were friends. And I don't think he died," I said. He looked at me strangely.

"Why do you say that?"

"Because. I think that he's a dream traveler now. Like, he goes through peoples heads type of thing," I said. "If he was such a great warrior then why would Lucifer give him up? I think that he just got promoted," I said smiling.

"That could make life interesting for your parents then." he smiled.

There was a moment of silence. I turned to Rory.

"Wanna make-out?" I asked. He smiled really big.

"You read my mind," he said.

"How much longer until Derrik comes back?" I asked. He shrugged.

"An hour at least," he said.

"Perfect." I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. He kissed back sliding his tongue in my mouth. It sent shivers down my spine.

Rory moved back into the house and on the couch pulling her on his lap as they kissed. He let his hands rub her back and move up into her hair as he kissed her. She was perfect. He smiled at her when they pulled apart to breath.

"Damn your good." She laughed her eyes sparkling. He laughed and kissed her again his arms wrapping around her waist and holding her close.

"Your not bad yourself." HE smiled against her lips.

"Mhm," I mumbled against his lips. He was so warm. It wasn't long until it got really heavy. I slid my hands under his shirt and pulled it off. After it was off I was sucked right back to his lips. He took off mine, too. His hands moved up my back to the bra clip.

"Stop, stop, stop," I whispered still kissing him. He did. We pulled apart.

"I'm sorry," he said panting. I giggled. I was panting, too.

"It's not your fault. I came up with the idea," I said. He smiled then we both realized that our shirts were off.

Rory heard Rick drive up and he quickly handed her the shirt. "Hurry, Rick's back." He said as he pulled his own shirt on. SHe pulled her's on and he grabbed her hand. "Come on." He whistled for Angel who ran over as he opened the front door nearly running into Rick who was glaring.

"Where are you going?" He asked smiling a tad.

"To the park to run Angel." Rory replied as they slipped past Rick.

"That was close." Jar whispered when they were out of hearing distance.

"Ya." He replied knowing Rick was going to kill him when he got back.

"Have you ever really thought about...sex?" I asked. I was curious. I haven't until a few minutes ago that if we didn't stop then Mr. Derrik would of walked in on us doing it. I smiled at the funny thought. He shrugged.

"Not really...not until I met you," he said smiling. I smiled back and kissed him. I turned around and nearly jumped out of my pants. Envy was staring at me.

"How did you get out?" I asked him, knowing he wasn't going to answer because he's a dog. I knelt down and petted him. I kissed his nose just to see if he would let me and he did. The really cute thing was he put his doggy lips to my nose after I kissed him. "Awe," I said. I stood back up. "Wasn't that cute?" I asked. Rory nodded.

"Very," he said. Angel came running, her little ears flopping. Then she tripped and fell on her face. Then she got back up pand kept running. When she finally reached us, she went straight to Envy and he picked her up by her puppy neck skin and walked about ten feet away and put herr down. They started playing with eachother. I looked at Rory.

"What's your biggest fear?" I asked him.

Rory shrugged sitting down as he watched the dogs. "I don't know, life going into chacos. Least that was, now I think I'm more afraid of you hating me." He smiled.

"I wouldn't hate you for anything." She smiled.

"If you say so." he sighed.

"I know so. If I didn't know any better, I would tell you that I loved you..." I said. "Crap," I put my head in my hands. That was a huge mistake. He wasn't suppose to know that. I sat down on the grass just shaking my head. Rory hadn't said anything so I assumed he was staring at me silently laughing.
"You probably think I'm a cling-on," I said. "I can't believe I said that," I said. I felt tears welling up. I know it's kind of dorky to cry over something that you said...but you have to be me to understand. I didn't want to say that. I didn't want to be the one person who could never let go. Well I just flushed those dreams down the toilet.

Rory tilted her chin up and looked down at her. "Hey, thats nothing to cry about, and your not cling-on."

"But..." She started. He kissed her firmly to quiet her down.

"Listen, I've never felt love before, but I think I know what you mean." He said softly brushing her cheek.
