Oh, okay. That makes more sense. As for routes, would they go through the Panama canal to get to the Atlantic? It'd be faster, but they'd have to cross through either the wastelands or Senetra, depending on how far each extends into Central America, exposing themselves to enemy fire or attack by magical beasts. Or they could go under South America, which would take longer and mean spending a long time in close proximity to the wasteland. If they sail from one of their Asian ports they'd have to sail around Africa, with the same problems with wasteland and speed. Basically, their route choice depends on how much they value speed. They could also take multiple of the above options so they don't have to wate time transferring their army between ports. Of course, we can always decide this part later; it's just something to think about.
Okay, so mind you that I've worked on this story world a bit . . .
I had planned that the Panama canal would exist (though that wouldn't make too much sense considering Teddy Roosevelt never existed), and that would be the route they'd take. Speed to get into position would be vital, if they didn't get into position in time then the Senetrans and Kyromese would have time to get together and combine fleets . . . making the Derns job VERY hard.

I just need a couple more posts before I can post again (oh, and if everyone could let me know where there character's are (in normal earth terms) it would help me a lot in organization).
