Finally found a site for the Brits and Europeans at spreadshirt.net. Think I'll actually switch the US shop to spreadshirt too so that I can keep everything equal.
Once I'm done, everyone should be able to order in their own currency. Americans and Canadians will be able to order from one shop, and Brits and Europeans will be able to order from another. By setting up two different shops (although they'll have the same exact products), the shipping costs will be reasonable for both. For the United States, it'll be five bucks. For Canada, it'll be CA$7.90. For the UK, it'll be £2.40. Australia still doesn't quite win, but at least it'll be available for shipping at AU$13.35.
