I have a really weird fear. When I'm like running water getting ready for a bath or something, if someone turns the light out...I totally freak out. This is my biggest fear--running water in the dark. I think it's because someone tried to drown me when I was four years old...DURING CHURCH! And she was demon possessed. The bathroom had a bathtub in it and she turned the light out and was running the water...that was like 11 years ago and I still remember it like last week. But yeah, I think that's why I fear that so much.
when there's nowhere to go, it's time to grow up.

im generally paranoid. if theres a way or a reason for someone to be plotting against me, it'll run through my mind. it works out though, because people have plotted against me before, and i've found them out. mahaha. im also afraid of stamps. i think they're a government plot to moniter the mail. and im also afraid of televisions. i think they're a commercialist plot to force messages down our throats that make us want to buy their stuff. im also afraid of walmart... i think theyre a plot to take over the world. im also afraid of traffic signs. i think theyre a government plot to control how people drive. im also afraid of watches. i think theyre a government plot to moniter and calculate time.

paranoia: the psychological belief that someone is important enough to be the subject of a government plot.

I also dont like satelite tracking systems. i think theyre a government plot to make us like goldfish crackers. or baseball, cuz i think theyre a government plot to sell beer and sports paraphenelia. i also dont like tampon commercials.... i mean... come on, what guy does?

Me? Paranoid? I'm not paranoid?

Oh wait, I know my strange fear. My mom is constantly calling me for some reason or another. Even if I haven't done anything wrong, I get a sense of dread whenever she does like she's going to say something bad.

Even when she's nowhere near, like at school or something, I hear her. Everywhere I go, when I'm listening to music or watching TV or even at summer camp, I hear her go "Nicole, Nicole!!!!!!!" I cannot escape, I cannot escape!

Wow, Qi, are you making any of that up? You're right about televisions, and possibly walmart. But everything else? Woah.

Hah. Walmart started in Arkansas! Arkansans shall rule the world one day! Mwahahaha! Bow down before my and my fellow Arkansans' prowess! Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

I can't think of any of my wierd fears right now. I know I have 'em. I have a fear that people will think I'm dumb if I mispell something. Because some people look down on Arkansas and think everyone that lives here are hicks and backwoodsmen, stupid and uneducated, with bad teeth. Which is not true. We are the same as any other state(with what kind of people we have). I know a few people who could probably get into Harvard or Yale. I myself have gotten an invitation to go to the Congressional Student Leadership Conference. And if someone makes a bad remark about Arkansas and doesn't live here and have never been here, then you will at the least have marks against you. One or two TV shows have moved themselves onto my "Bad TV" list because they've had negative things about Arkansas in them.

I'm slightly paranoid as well.. But not about plots. Usually about things hitting me or falling.. I think it's because I actually picture the act for a split second, and all my senses react as if that actually happened. It's insane.

I also can't sleep unless my door is closed and I'm facing away from the wall.. But I can't actually GET to sleep unless I'm facing TOWARD the wall.. So usually I just wait until I'm almost asleep, then I turn over, 'cuz I don't hear noises or anything when I'm that tired lol.

hmmmm

OH I KNOW!

Going into a body of water whether it be a lake or ocean with unclear water and my shoes off. lol I was traumatized at age 7 when I went down to Florida and went playing in the salty water beyond the beaches and a crab latched on to my foot. Never screamed so loud in my entire life (lmao). And it's just a fear of mine, I won't go into water where I can't see the bottom. I know this might be a obvious fear but oh well.

Oh! I've got one! I'm always unsure of our knife drawer and the knifes in them. I usually think about them cutting and killers using knifes when I'm putting knifes in there, getting them out, or if one of my family members are in the drawer.

Like Crysi with her wall, I can't always go to sleep unless I can see my doorway. And I usually have to have some music on when going to sleep. Which makes me take longer to go to sleep. :P

Ok, my weird fear. being out in the middle of the ocean on your surfboard waiting for the next wave and seeing a huge shark's mouth agape, coming right up below you.

I agree with Aniar, I hate water where i can't see the bottom. But I live in a part of the world that has many clean, unpolluted river systems, so usually i just think about something else entirely, in fear of being called a coward. Though i wouldn't go in if someone else wasn't there. I have no problem jumping from bridges, but mostly i just do it because it seemed good at the time, and you don't look like a wimp. stupid right?

Tara, I'd be more afraid if I was out in the middle of the ocean without my surfboard waiting for the next wave and seeing a huge shark's mouth agape, coming right up below me.

i got alot of fears. im afraid of drowning. i hate swimming when i cant see the bottom, it freaks me out. ummm... when i watch a scary movie like the Grudge and Blair witch project Im afraid to sleep alone. so Ill invite a friend over to spend the night. but that only lasts for a couple of days. and im petrified of snakes and tractors. i know , why tractors? blame my babysitter when i was 5 who threatened to put me in its scooper or whatever its called and leave me there so ill get built along with the rest of the building.

theres more but they r petty ones and really not worth mentioning.

Mirrors. Especially in dark rooms.

And porcelin clown dolls. The Harliquin kind. I am PETRIFIED of those.
