Assassin, basically, except trained to kill using techniques inspired geisha dance performances and patterns of moonlight, so they aren't exactly your average everyday killer for hire adfasdfsadfkjh
Assassins can remain unnoticed which comes in handy for any stealth mission like stealing, and they could help out in situations where fighting is required. Also, you never know what could happen in a heist like this, so its prolly better to have the widest range of skill sets possible.
