Alright, real quick, I just want you guys to know I made a change to the world, so check out the storybook for details.
First, there is the addition of the Pearl Demon They have four arms, and are pretty common. (If you really want to change to that, you can, but.... well revision )
Second, the source of all demon's magic is called the Tenebris now, so thats a thing. I don't know if that will be important, but it can come up in reference to enrich the world and such.
Third and final, demons hearts are their types. So a ruby has a large, magical ruby looking crystal instead of a beating heart. This gives them life and a connection to the Tenebris.

Phew, there! Now, to work on the next post I go!

First part of the post looks great, James! (Only question I had was since they’re in hell, would he say “whatever god is out there”, or would he just say “god”? Or possibly Satan? Hmm…)

Well for this hell, I don't think there's actually a Satan. One idea I had was that lots of people over the years try to claim to be and try to take control of Hell or whatever.
I had him say whatever God because he doesn't know what God he believes in, whether it's Satan or something else. Just his character I suppose haha.

One issue im trying to avoid is giving Risius plot armor or 'main character energy' haha. His abilities seem powerful but I've come up with some equal downsides I think. And he does have his abilities for a reason, so that's not just cause I didn't want to choose one of the nine variants.
Just something I need to be careful of.

The world changes look good, and I like the first part of the post, James! Duct tape is indeed wonderful xD
