@Sassafras, are you still on board?

Yes, I am also wary of that fact :/

@Sassafras needs to create her character, but she hasn't replied to the messages I have sent her. If it stays this way, I'll probably ask Hattable to replace her.

Don't worry, @Lael, after a few people have posted to get a general sense of the challenge, we can cut to when all the characters are successfully out of their cabins, and move the story forwards. It'll get boring, otherwise.

Therefore, for your fist post, you could have Star wake up and do whatever he does, then he can start calling/answering other characters with the phone. Remember: the characters can call up any cabin, not just the one that has their number. After all, each character knows what cabin their pin code belongs to, but not which cabin has the code for their own.

You can have Star call various characters, but not Tango. Then, when we cut scenes, it would be assumed that Star found Tango and got out safely.

I thought the phone challenge could be a fun idea, because it means the characters get to hear each other before they see each other. Only with their voices are their personalities first glimpsed at by the other characters xD

That's okay, all that matters is that it's up now :)

------

If anyone is able post for their character that would be great. I can't wait to see what you all come up with! ^_^

Side Note: Your character can wake up in any part of the cabin, not just the ground. The furniture inside the cabin can also be different from how my character's cabin is, and the objects positioned in different areas (including the telephone). Maybe they'll find an item that they think will be useful for the future and take it with them ;)

Apologies for the double post!

I'm totally okay with there not being a posting order for this SB, but at the same time I don't want this story to go silent due to complacency.

If you don't want to do the telephone challenge we can simply have the characters leave their cabins and meet at the C-Deck Staircase. Above any ideas or ambitions, I want this storybook to be fun and exciting for everyone :D

Let me know your thoughts, and tell me when you might be able to post for your characters.

Spoiler! :

I'm gonna have Tango be the voice on the other end of your line, Coffee, if that's okay.

I will be working on a post. Should be up, by the latest, in a few days or so.

@Sassafras Nice post! I really love Kin's relationship with Tommy XD I can see the parrot having quite its own character in the storybook!

Just one small thing: Karma answered the telephone in my post, which means the person on the other end of the line would have needed to call him first using the dial. Would it be possible for you to edit your post so that Kin does this? Otherwise you could have another character call Kin, meaning the person who called Karma is also a different character.

Ahhhh, I love all these posts going up!
I will try to get mine up shortly...
there is a way
which seemeth right unto a man,
but the end thereof
are the ways of death

- Proverbs 14:12

“Can a magician kill a man by magic?” Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. “I suppose a magician might,” he admitted, “but a gentleman never could.”
