I don't know actually, I consider all movies to be annoying inaccurate to the book and somehow, the character are always different. But hey, I know a movie that was way better than its book.

Bridge to Tarbithia. (sp)

The book was meh..really meh but the movie was pretty good in comparison to the book.

O.o Guess I'm not the only one who thought so, eh? I really want to see the Book Thief because I enjoyed the book so much but when I saw the trailer my first thought was.

They've got it wrong, they've got the clothing wrong but I will admit the rest looked very appealing.

I chose other because I think Forest Gump is great choice. The fact that hardly anyone knows it's a book because the movie is so great should be a good hint.

I'm just glad no one has voted for The Hobbit xP

I'm actually quite surprised that Harry Potter has only gotten three votes so far. I'd thought it would be one of the front runners.

Hunger Games hands down!

I loooooooovee Lord of the Rings, but I felt that they changed the movies too much, so my vote goes elsewhere.
In Truth Unity,
In Doubt Liberty,
In all things Charity.

You forgot the classics! What about Quo Vadis? Gone with the Wind? Ben-Hur?

Hunger Games was a great representation of the book (dare I say I actually enjoyed the films more than the books... a definite first for me) :D

Harry Potter on the other hand... I didn't like the films anywhere near as much as the books, and the last 2 films relied way too heavily on the books for them to make any sense. It would still have been my second choice though.

As for the others... I either didn't watch the films, didn't like them, or never read the books - so no comment. :)
