So, what do you think?

I'd be interested to hear of your opinions here.

Oh, and, if you're gonna complain, I'd like to actually hear you suggest something better to be done. Don't just complain, that doesn't help. Constructive criticism does.

I've got nothing better, but it REALLY didn't change anything. I just think it annoys people when they see "You spent 10 points" on the screen...

There was literally next to no change, though for some reaosn it made ME feel like there was something different--better, in my opinion.
Got YWS? I do.

It's okay. I don't love it; I don't hate it.

I feel like it's being made too big a deal. If we want to charge points, fine. If we don't, then let's don't. But do we have to keep talking about it? (Not talking about this poll, the poll is fine, lol) I mean, there're are way more important things that I and others have to be worried about, so I don't think that the ten or fifteen points should be such a big concern.

It doesn't bother me.

It does seem rather pointless, really. I wouldn't say no to doing away with points altogether. But I have no opinion either way.

It is pointless! XD

Um...

I neither like it or hate it. But then again, consider the source...

I liiike it.

It may not seem like that big of a deal to people who review frequently or have thousands of points just because they've been around for awhile, but I think this will help new members get the idea that fun comes at a price here! Or... -COUGH- Okay, that was a joke. What I meant was, I think this will help the newer members to become more focused on the writing aspect of the site, and maybe a few older members too.

So though it may not have many effects right now, it may pay in the long run.
i thought you were shallow, but then i fell in deep.

Tis good! But I guess I'm only saying that because I have a bagful of points, though nmy bag's not so bulky as Snoink and Duskglimmer etc. The even newer entrants would not like it so much.

I do think that it's rather unfair that just because some of us have been here longer, we have a buttload more points than newbies. Really, only the new members are affected by this at all...

Yes, it would be interesting to see what happened if I removed everybody's points hauls and started afresh.

I guess it doesn't really make much difference, when I think about it-not for the old members anyway, ten points doesn't really make that much difference. I'd rather just get rid of the points system completely, they didn't mean anything when we got them for critting, they still don't mean much to me now.

It doesn't really bother me. Although I am critiquing more.
