Cellphones are of the devil! Texting is addictive (I proved do in my science fair project) and texting lowers your grade. (also proved in said project.)

It's kind of sad that I don't have a cellphone. Almost all my friends have one, and they're always texting each other. :( I always feel left out.

I don't have a cell phone, and i probably wouldn't use it much if i did. though every one else in my family has a phone, except me and my little sister so I can always just barrow one. I used to be really scared of talking on the phone, I'm a little better now but I still don't like to talk to people I don't know well.

I have a silver Razr... a word to the wise, NEVER buy a phone off eBay. You WILL regret it. I did.

I love having a phone though. It's really convenient 90% of the time.

I have a chocolate, and it's awesome. I text everyone, every day. I rarely call people though--wastes minutes. I mean, what's the point of calling someone if you can text them?
Just write -- the rest of life will follow.

Would love help on this.

Si, I do. My mom made me get one about two years ago, when I started working summers at the barn. I would usually stay until 8 PM, and most people would leave earlier, so she was worried 'bout me.

Very true. If it's a phone that has a SIM card, there is a good chance it's unlocked, which means that a lot of it's features might not work.

My first phone was a Motorola V555 that I had for two years. When my contract ran out, I switched from Cell One to a more local company called AlaskaDigitel, because it was cheaper. Of course, then AT&T bought out Cell One, so if I'd stayed I could've gotten an iPhone. Anyway, then I bought a KRZR, but somehow managed to lose it, so now I'm stuck with this crappy SLVR. I want one of the phones that slide out into a little keyboard, but I guess I'll just have to wait until this one gets broken *sigh*
Frylock, please, no books! I can't read; I'm not a loser!

I have my dad's cell phone but I keep it off during most of the day. There's times I'll be like "Ring already!" and other times I just want to hit it and break it; that's why it's normally off. Come to think of it, I'd better go check to see if I have any messages...:)

You walk into this room at your own risk, because it leads to the future, not a future that will be but one that might be. This is not a new world, it is simply an extension of what began in the old one. It has patterned itself after every dictator who has ever planted the ripping imprint of a boot on the pages of history since the beginning of time. It has refinements, technological advances, and a more sophisticated approach to the destruction of human freedom. But like every one of the super states that preceded it, it has one iron rule: logic is an enemy and truth is a menace.
— Rod Serling
