Hi Madagascar Maiden.
You don't use your points to post poems. You make your own form and post your poem there. If you are in a poem competition it depends on the host.
Are you new Camp NaPo? I did host a contest in Camp Napo on January. But I'm new too.

I hope you can be there!

@MadagascarMaiden If you click on the link I posted above that's the forum where you post your poems, no points needed just make a thread and you are good to go. Definitely read the information post for the specific details of how it works. Glad to have you join! :)

& Chris, camp napo is a separate thing from napo. Camp napo is a week long & in a club, but napo is the whole month of April in a forum - hope that helps! Camp napo is like a mini version of NaPo.

Phew, I almost missed this! Yes, I'm going to try it this year for the first time. I know I'm going to embarrass myself, but I'm not going to let myself care. CARPE DIEM!

@ScarlettFire omg i will die if that happens again xD

And I definitely am participating! Not going to set the bar too high this year—because I have more going on in my life than this time last April, but I'm hoping to stay consistent and pump out a fair few poems!

I initially submitted "What's poetry?" but now that I'm enrolled in a writing poetry class for the spring quarter, I guess I will be participating in NaPo! Here goes nothing.
