What's the scariest part of Halloween?

I'm secretly very afraid of some Halloween decorations, but don't ever let my family know that. I remember one year where I didn't go to the front steps of a family friend's house while trick-or-treating because they had a giant spider that dropped from their porch's ceiling - even if that happened now instead of then, I'd still avoid it.

I have no fear.

Just kidding, I do, but nothing related to Spooktober!

Anything to do with spiders.

Uh, so actually haunted houses and horror movies(but I avoid those at all costs anyways so), and kinda sometimes the deco and costumes, but ~spooky scary skeletons send shivers down my spine~ *insert dancing skeleton here*

Everyone is afraid of something but some aren't afraid of anything Halloween related.

The scariest part of Halloween is the price of candy at Publix.

Those Aussie homeowners who oppose the American-adopted festivities to the point of yelling threateningly at any children who dare approach their house for lollies/candy – true story

I can't do horror movies, especially B list ones. They make me so squeamish.

I don't have any halloween related fears. I consider my single fear to be odd though. (By 'single fear' I don't mean I've never feared anything else, just the thing that I'm mainly afraid of and have yet to overcome.)

I'm scared of the creepy decorations all my neighbors have, like the fake dead bodies hanging from their porch. Oh, and the giant clown the size of a house that hangs out nearby. He's scary too.

We don't celebrate Halloween where I live, so, I'm good ^_^
