I'm not sure why people aren't getting it, but it looks like it's a more widespread problem than I though. All the e-mails are being sent out as only 55 out of 1400 got bounced back.

If you did not receive it, please do the following two things:
1. Check your e-mail address and make sure it's the right one.
2. Check your bulk e-mail box. The newsletter may have been dumped there.

At the moment, it seems like people who joined earlier to YWS are getting the newsletter, but those who joined later are not ...
